Q: What areas do you service?
A: We currently service Hillsborough, Belle Mead, and Manville.
Q: Are you bonded and insured?
A: Yes, It’s Pawty Time is insured through Pet Care Insurance! All staff undergo a complete background check and are bonded through our liability insurance.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We try to make things as easy as possible for our clients! We accept: cash, check, and Venmo.
Q: Do you offer boarding services or daycare?
A: No, all of our dog walking and pet sitting services are done out of our clients’ homes. We do not have a physical location for you to bring your pet to.
Q: Do you offer dog training?
A: We are not professional dog trainers and therefore cannot provide any formal training, however, we are happy to enforce your own training commands/routines on your pets.
Additionally, we can recommend some wonderful NJ trainers for you!
Q: Do you offer grooming services?
A: No, we do not offer any grooming services, but are happy to provide you with a list of great groomers in the area!
Q: Are you closed for any holidays?
A: No, It’s Pawty Time operates 365 days a year! Our clients are notified well in advance if there are any planned closures.
Q: How long are visits with It’s Pawty Time? What do you do during a visit?
A: What’s great about us is how flexible and customizable we are! We do our best to give you the time slots you need and we offer a variety of lengths to best suit you and your pet’s needs! We offer 15, 30, and 60- minute visits.
Our visits include: feeding per your instructions, fresh water, administering medications, dog walking, litter box cleaning, mail brought it, plants watered, lights on and off, and of course lots of playtime and love!
Q: Will I receive updates while my pet is being cared for by It’s Pawty Time?
A: Yes, of course! At the end of each visit, you will receive a text message with a detailed summary, as well as lots of cute photos of your pet!
Q: Do you have any breed restrictions? Do you ever deny a new client?
A: No, we do not have any breed restrictions! The only time we would ever have to deny a client is if their pet shows clear signs of aggression and does not allow us to fulfill our job duties in a safe manner.
Q: What do you require from clients upon registering for It’s Pawty Time?
A: Upon initial contact with our team, you will be sent a New Client Registration Packet. A complimentary meet and greet will be scheduled so that we can meet you and your pets. The sooner you contact us for services, the better. Please note that we typically do not take last minute meet and greet requests and a meet and greet is required prior to becoming a client of It’s Pawty Time.
During the Meet and Greet you will provide us with your completed registration packet, two copies of your house key, as well as proof of vaccinations of your pets. Any questions/concerns will be addressed at that time.
Q: Do I have to tip my dog walker/pet sitter?
A: We feel our fees are more than reasonable for the quality and level of professional services our company provides. Anything over and above our agreed to fee is much appreciated but never assumed or expected.
