I’ve had a passion for taking care of animals my entire life. I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, ferrets and goats. When I was 12 years old, I started volunteering on a horse farm, which eventually led to me obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree in equine science. For the last 3 years I’ve been fostering dogs for Animal Alliance and have a special skill for handling aggressive and fearful dogs, resulting in the rehabilitation of 12 dogs to date. I’ve volunteered at Belle Mead Animal Hospital, Furlong EMC, and Crown Vet Animal Hospital for the last 15 years, which has given me the knowledge and confidence to assess physical conditions of animals and provide basic care for common ailments.
