I’m Monika, the owner and founder of It’s Pawty Time. I grew up in Hillsborough and graduated from Rutgers University with a BSW. I worked in the corporate world for a couple of years before deciding to pursue my dream – working with animals!

Growing up I had dogs and would always walk dogs for friends and neighbors in my spare time solely because I enjoyed being around them so much. Nothing makes me happier than when I am in the presence of dogs! Throughout the last couple of years, I have worked part-time on various dog walker/pet sitter apps, which further solidified my love for animals. I also had the pleasure of working at a local animal shelter where I facilitated dog and cat adoptions, cleaned kennels, walked dogs and took part on transports to rescue homeless animals.

Anyone who knows me knows that dogs are my purpose and passion in life! My experience, as well as my love for animals, has led me to start this business in the hopes of helping other local pet owners. I am also an owner of The Modern Canine - Dog Store & Grooming in Belle Mead, which has allowed me to further immerse myself in what I love! I hope to meet you and your pets soon!
